The developer didn’t seem to put much effort into it; the house on the right looks almost the same. Nigerian houses are just cramped together with hardly any space between them. The pool placement is absolutely terrible-no space or privacy, not somewhere I’d want to swim. And the kitchen design is just awful.

Which road do you travel on to ingress and egress the home🧐🧐. I guess the chaotic Lekki traffic.

The house is well designed. Very beautiful... My only problem is the space around the building. Jouse of this caliber shouldn't have its fences that close to it. There should be space around the building. It would have looked much more beautiful and also well worth the asking price if only it had more surrounding space.

There is no penthouse in Nigeria that should be worth $2 million. This is insane.

Beautiful presentation & fantastic apartment, however it would be great if Nigeria has a proper real estate listing website, like most advanced countries do, where everyone could easily track property listings, monitor price changes and drops, and see how long properties of this nature sits on the market before actual transaction. I’m aware of comparable properties in Ikoyi and Eko Atlantic with similar listing prices which has been on the market for over 3 years showing sometimes, this prices are way off. The business of real estate, and profession of property valuation needs to be taken seriously if our real estate market is grow and catch up with global markets. We cannot rely on real estate agents and developers (who clearly have conflict of interests) to single-handedly determine and dictate value to consumers. There are economic principles on how property values are determined and underpinned and I highly doubt if there’s any Nigerian bank that would be willing to extend a loan to value ratio of up to 80% of the asking price of this property. The Nigerian institution of estate surveyors and Valuer’s needs to step up to the plate to sanitise the system.

Overated mansion, why all Nigeria developers always incorporate laundry section in the kitchen. Laundry section suppose to be in a different room, beside this house does not worth more than 500million naira not dollar

I always find it funny when these Pastors use words like "I lost everything investing in Lagos".The money used in buying those things belongs to the people (Church members) so why do these "God of men" keep using personalised languages "i" instead of "we"?? --when they know,they have NEVER held any employment in their whole adult lives!

First of all, I just want to say, you did a great job to really sell a place that hasn't even been staged. As for the property, it has great views and I like the way it's built but the immediate issue is privacy. It has windows floor to ceiling pretty much on every level while you have cheaper residential units surrounding it that can look directly into your property. There's also a lot of construction going on which means the owner will have to put up with all that work for awhile and lastly, the actual building is far too close to other buildings. If it's going to be exclusive, you want the surrounding to be exclusive. Others shouldn't be able to step out of their apartment and land right on your doorstep especially at these price points but overall it looks like Nigerias architecture is improving.

Greedy land grabbers and developers destroyed what used to be a lovely refuge for wildlife. Most of what is advertised as “Lekki” used to be untouched back in the days. Very sad 😢

Pastors, G.O.s, Xtianity AND Jesus are 2 parallel lines that can NEVER meet.
